• At least 1 senior leader who has the ability to drive change influence leadership behaviors to champion women’s career advancement.
• A member across every major department in your organization (i.e. Engineering HR, Marketing, Finance, IT, Operations, Manufacturing etc.)
• A mix of diverse women across various levels of the organization.

Entrepreneurial Delegation
Bring your team and contact another female Entrepreneur and invite her to bring her team. Come together as a delegation of Entrepreneurs who support and empower each other.

Professional Organization Delegation
Assemble a delegation of your professional organizations’ members and or leaders to attend (i.e. women’s leadership associations, MBA, Real Estate Associations, Executive leadership associations)
